Nobody wants to be chronically sick! So what does a person do when chronic problems with his back bother him, and all traditional methods have been tested? He starts to seek the way out of a problem by himself – tries everything recommended by friends and relatives. And that is right – the solution definitely will be found. I will try to ease this search and give you some pieces of advice using my personal experience and experience of my numerous patients.

One of the widespread mistakes is attendance of a gym. It should not be done if you suffer from scoliosis, osteoporosis, backaches, or even worse – sharp pain. You cannot increase load in sitting position; you are undesirable to sit at all due to a rise of a load on the spine in sedentary pose in many times. Of course, you can lift weights in reclining position, but you have many other tasks that need to be solved in the first place. You cannot do exercises for flexibility and rotatory movements of all kinds, because your intervertebral disks are worn out and any turn around your waist only promotes inflammation process development and intensifies pain.

And nevertheless..
ADVICE 1. I recommend to everyone to do physical exercises always, regardless of the state of health (lie and bed or walk) and age. A set of exercises is recommended individually based on the above mentioned age, the state of health and, most important, on the kind of problem in the spine.
On the following of this rule depends on the rehabilitation period and further strengthening muscle trunk – how soon you recover your healthy back and feel yourself a healthy person. In my system the course of rehabilitation exercises is broken in several parts. Each patient is prescribed with an individual course, and moving from one group to another depends on the organism's rehabilitation period.

Answer: Have you ever done physical exercises in the mornings or evenings? If "Yes" – you must know an excellent result; if "No" – try to start. You will find a new healthy life in a brisk healthy body. Usually, such daily "warm-ups" do not require any auxiliary equipment. Only after a complete recovery, you can think about increasing of load on certain muscle groups being extremely careful to the former "problem spots."

Answer: Walk along a real pedestrian footpath outside, at any weather, regardless of season. Your organism needs fresh air that you receive less in a closed space – in a gym even with a good air-conditioner.

ADVICE 2. During acute condition, you should not go to sauna or undergo various heating procedures at home or at physiotherapeutic clinics. A delusive condition of relief during the procedure will lead to even more intensive pain some time later.
Many bone system lesions are consequences of metabolic disorders. Dynamical characteristics of gristle and bone tissues change; and heating procedures result in a temporary stimulation due to intensification of muscular blood circulation, but unfortunately, the gristle and bone systems may be negatively affected by such an influence. Especially, in the situation of partial displacement of vertebrae and disks, heating may cause further displacement and additional mechanical strangulation. The reason for this is a temperature difference and dilation of the heated areas.

Also, it is necessary to be very careful undergoing physical therapy. Not every physical therapy procedure reaches the bone system; and there are several researches proving that physical therapy exerts stimulating impact mostly upon the muscular system. At the same time, nerve roots are irritated that considerably extends the recovery process. This includes paraffin therapy, and various mud treatments. More natural method of inflammation reducing is to leave it in peace; and not to purposefully stimulate the already inflamed nerve ends.

ADVICE 3. If you have backaches, and you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis, you should not take pure Calcium additionally.
Prolonged overdosing and uncontrolled intake lead to unfortunate results – Calcium deposits in various organs and in some areas of the back. Absolutely not being assimilated in the organism, excess of Calcium can lead to stone formations and other diseases of the urinary system, vision weakening, heart and stomach disorders, insomnia, constipations, etc. In my next publications, I will tell in detail about the balanced intake of vitamins and minerals that promotes Calcium assimilation.
